Not really living up to their name, team "Old Guys Rule" consisting of Chris Hurley and Erol Holm won the BV50 TK1 relay and were also the overall first boat across the line. The BV50 is a 50km race from Wiwenhoe dam down the Brisbane river.
It was a tough race this year with up to 10 portages due to low water levels and lots of river weed that was hard work paddling through.
