Currumbin Creek Paddlers Club now offers rolling annual memberships. This means from the day you sign up you will be a member for the following 12 months. This replaces the previous membership which were effect from 1st July each year to 30th June of the following year.

All membership applications are to be made online.

Note: Senior = 18 yrs or above. Junior = under 18 yrs, as at 1st July.

A member of another club affiliated with PQ who wishes also to join CCPC (Second Claim membership) pays as reduced rate.

Where does your money go?

The CCPC component of your fee covers the basic running costs of the club; including the annual Paddle Australia affiliation fee, operational costs of the boat shed (power, water, rates, insurance etc), safety boat & trailer registrations, running costs & maintenance, post box rental, site lease, wastewater disposal charges, auditing costs, bank fees, purchase of small equipment and boat repairs.  Most of our major items; such as kayaks, paddles and PFDs etc. are acquired through funding grants.

The Paddle Australia (PA) and Paddle Queensland (PQ) component of your fee covers “head office” type operating costs such as; insurance policies, administering the national database, websites, membership services, GST compliance, club development, communications and promotions.
