2012/13 Canoe Sprint Talent Identification (TID) Process
(Targeted athletes born 1990 – 1998 Inc.)
Desired outcome is to recruit and retain newly identified talented athletes (athletes new to the sport – never competed at Australian Canoe Sprint Championships) annually who will feed into Australian Sprint Canoeing’s National elite pathways. Consideration must be given to the maximum number of new athletes that can successfully be accommodated in each program.
